Katie Mulligan is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who works with youth, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, low moods, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.

With a warm and relatable approach, Katie creates a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. She integrates CBT, emotion regulation, and a trauma-informed, strength-based lens to help clients build practical tools while also exploring their emotional experiences.

Katie has experience working in the school system supporting youth with a range of mental health concerns. She is particularly passionate about helping one feel less alone in what they are going through.
