Olivia offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, identify strengths, bring new perspectives, and foster self-authenticity. Recognizing that the therapeutic journey is unique for each person, Olivia will develop a personalized treatment plan for you that promotes change, healing, and self-awareness to reach your mental health goals.
Olivia brings many years of experience supporting neurodiverse populations and young adults in post-secondary settings, addressing concerns related to anxiety, depression, executive functioning, identity development, self-esteem, and life transitions. Olivia also holds a strong interest offering compassionate care to women managing health conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis. She holds a personal connection to both reproductive health conditions and would love to help other women going through the same journey.
