Jennifer has 25 years experience in the mental health field. From this experience she brings a respectful therapeutic lens that supports client’s self-determination and individual strengths.
Jennifer works with youth, adults, and couples and utilizes evidence based therapeutic approaches that best fit with the individual client’s needs. Jennifer also has several years of experience facilitating and teaching mental health engagement skills, coping strategies, and educational workshops, seminars, and courses.
