Heather, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Intern
Sometimes in life we find ourselves facing the big questions: Who am I now? Where do I go from here? What brings me peace? You don’t have to answer these questions alone.
Heather, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Intern, believes that true wellbeing is about far more than getting by — it is about feeling healthy and connected to all parts of your life, from your physical self and relationships to your mindset and sense of purpose. Together, she works with clients to look at the full picture of who they are, prioritizing what matters most to them.
Heather views therapy as a true partnership and holds the belief that every person is the expert in their own life, with the wisdom needed to answer tough questions and find their path forward. Drawing on her background as a nurse, she brings a calm and practical perspective to her sessions. She strives to create a warm, down-to-earth environment where clients can speak openly, where there is always room for a shared laugh, genuine connection, and the freedom to show up as your full self.
Heather has a special interest in women’s health, supporting clients through life transitions, and offering a compassionate space for women to navigate the unique changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.
